We believe your data belongs to you. If you no longer wish to use OBD CAN - Car Scanner and want to permanently remove your account and associated data from our systems, follow the instructions below.
Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. We will completely remove your email, subscription status, account preferences, and any cloud-synced diagnostic reports (if applicable). This data cannot be recovered once deleted.
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly from within the OBD CAN app. This process is instant and automated.
Launch OBD CAN - Car Scanner on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Tap the Menu / List icon in the top left corner, then select the Account section (which displays your email and subscription status).
Scroll to the bottom of the Account menu and tap the red "Delete Account - Permanently delete all personal data" button. Confirm the prompt to instantly delete your data.
If you have already uninstalled the application or lost access to your device, you can request manual deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
Send an email to support@obdcan.com using the email address currently registered to your OBD CAN account.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". In the body of the email, simply state that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
For manual requests, your account and data will be permanently erased within 14 business days upon verification of your request.

在您的设备上启动 OBD CAN - Car Scanner，并确保当前已登录您想注销的账号。
点击主界面左上角的菜单按钮，随后进入 Account (账号信息) 管理界面。
滚动到账号页面的最底部，点击红色的 "Delete Account - Permanently delete all personal data" (注销账号 - 永久删除所有个人数据) 按钮。在弹出的确认提示中点击确认，即可立即清除数据。
如果您已经卸载了此应用，或者设备不慎丢失，您也可以通过发送邮件至我们的支持团队，要求通过人工在后台删除您的账号。
请使用您注册 OBD CAN 账号时对应的邮箱地址，发送邮件至：support@obdcan.com。
邮件标题建议使用 "申请注销账号" (Account Deletion Request)。正文中指明您希望永久注销此账号并清除所有连带数据即可。
在收到对应邮箱的邮件并确认身份无误后，我们将在 14个工作日内 于后台彻底从数据库中抹除您的账号信息。
