Welcome to OBD CAN - Car Scanner ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

OBD CAN provides vehicle diagnostic tools, real-time data monitoring, and performance testing features utilizing standard OBD2 and proprietary OEM protocols. You acknowledge that our Services are provided for informational and reference purposes only. Any repair, modification, or action you take based on this data is solely at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Safe Usage: You agree not to use the Services in a way that distracts you from driving safely and obeying traffic laws. Never attempt to configure the app or read detailed diagnostic reports while operating a vehicle.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Hardware Compatibility: Our app requires a compatible OBD2 adapter. We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware or all vehicles.

4. Premium Services and Subscriptions

Certain features may require purchasing a premium subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented to you before purchase. You may manage your subscriptions through your device's respective App Store (e.g., Google Play) or by managing your account directly within the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with your use of the Services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any vehicle damage, accidents, or bodily injury related to your reliance on the app's diagnostic data.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise this Agreement periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

3. 用户行为规范与安全驾驶

  • 安全驾驶： 严禁在驾驶车辆的过程中进行应用设置、手持查看复杂诊断报告等分散注意力的操作。请务必在车辆安全停放的情况下使用本应用，始终将驾驶安全置于首位，并遵守当地的交通法规。
  • 账户安全： 若您注册了本应用的账号，您需要妥善保管账号密码和登录信息。账号下的任何操作均视为您本人的行为。
  • 硬件与车辆兼容性： 本应用需要配合 OBD2 适配器硬件使用。由于车辆协议和第三方硬件的复杂性，我们无法保证应用与市面上所有的车辆或硬件百分之百兼容。

4. 订阅服务及付费功能

本应用的部分高级功能可能需要您另行付费订阅。相应的收费标准、订阅周期及自动续费规则，将在您确认支付前明确展示。您可以通过应用内账号管理或对应的应用商店（如 Google Play 等）来管理和取消您的订阅。

5. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们按“原样”提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证（包括但不限于适用于特定用途和不侵权的保证）。对于因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接或附带损失（包括但不限于车辆损坏、交通事故或人身伤害），我们概不负责。
