  • Vehicle Data: When you connect our app to your vehicle via an OBD2 device, we read diagnostic data, real-time sensor streams (RPM, speed, temperature), VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and fault codes (DTCs) solely for the purpose of displaying this information to you and performing diagnostic functions.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous analytics data regarding how you use the app (e.g., feature usage, crash logs) to improve performance and user experience.
  • Camera and Microphone: The "Cabin Noise" feature may request microphone access locally on your device to analyze audio frequencies. We do NOT record, upload, or store your voice or ambient audio.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Services, including vehicle diagnostics and dashboard displays.
  • To allow you to export or copy your diagnostic reports for use with third-party tools (e.g., AI chatbots). This export is manually initiated by you.
  • To troubleshoot app issues, fix bugs, and improve overall functionality.

3. Data Storage & Security

Local Processing: The majority of vehicle data (including real-time data streams and diagnostic results) is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud database of your personal vehicle history unless you explicitly opt-in to a sync feature (if available).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data stored on your device and any data temporarily transmitted during analytics collection.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may share anonymous, aggregated data with trusted third-party analytics providers (like Firebase or Google Analytics) solely for app improvement purposes.

Third-Party SDK Information Sharing List:

  • Google Play Billing / Alipay / WeChat Pay: Used for processing app subscriptions and payments. (Collects order information and device ID)
  • Firebase / Analytics: Used for crash reporting and app diagnostics. (Collects anonymous usage data and crash logs)

If you choose to copy your diagnostic data and paste it into external AI tools, you are governed by the privacy policies of those respective tools.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
